Terms and conditions

3.1. In order for you to be able to place bets and deposit money you must first register personally and open an Account. You need to be registered on our Website in order to participate in any of the games we offer for real money. Breckenridge reserves the right to refuse to register or to open an Account at its sole discretion.

3.2. Only one Account for each individual, IP address and device is allowed. If we identify any user with more than one Account, we reserve the right to block or close any duplicate Account(s), void any wagers/bets (whether settled or unsettled) placed in the duplicate Accounts and withhold or return any withdrawable funds at our discretion.

3.3. As part of the registration process you will have to choose your username and password for your login into the Website. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party. Any actions implemented using your login details will be considered as being implemented by the User and any liability arising from such use shall be strictly yours. If third parties are aware of your login details, it is your sole responsibility to inform us and it is your sole responsibility to change such login details.

3.4. We reserve the right to perform background checks on any player and request any relevant documentation, at all times, and for any reason, including (but not limited to) any investigation into the identity of the player, any credit checks performed on the player or any inquiries into the player’s personal history as permitted by law. The basis for such inquiries will be dependent on the specific case, but could include (but is not limited to) verification of the player’s registration details, such as the name, address and age, occupation, verification of the player’s financial transactions, financial standing, source of wealth, source of funds and/or gaming activity. If you fail to provide Breckenridge with the requested documentation, or if the documents or any part thereof, are found to be false, fraudulent or misleading, We reserve the right to block or close your Account and forfeit any balance on your Account within ninety (90) days from such request. We are under no obligation to advise the player of such an investigation taking place. Such activities may include the use of specific third-party companies who perform investigations as required such as authorized credit reference agencies, identity verification services and/or fraud prevention agencies to confirm your identity. We may decide at its sole discretion to terminate a player’s Account, void any unsettled bets on and withhold any and all funds in such Account, on the basis that such an investigation provides a negative or uncertain conclusion. Any information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.4.1 In line with AML policies, if a player’s source of funds cannot be verified or is suspected to originate from illegal activity, the Company may freeze and confiscate all balances.

3.5. We reserve the right to carry out additional identity verification procedures when effecting deposits or withdrawals from your Account as may be required in accordance with its legal obligations and internal policies, including asking for due diligence documentation. It is your responsibility to ensure that all documents as part of any due diligence process are genuine. If you fail to provide Breckenridge with the requested documentation, or if the documents or any part thereof, are found to be false, fraudulent or misleading, We reserve the right to block or close your Account and forfeit any balance on your Account within ninety (90) days from such request. These verification procedures shall be carried out within reasonable timeframe to avoid any inconvenience. To avoid any doubt, we may delay the crediting of any such payment to your Account until such verification measures are carried out.

If a player is found to have provided false or misleading identification or personal details, the Company may suspend the account and confiscate all funds.

3.6. All transactions shall be checked in line with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. We may, where necessary and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, take actions such as suspending, blocking, or closing an account, voiding unsettled bets, or withholding funds to help prevent illicit activity.


3.7. We reserve the right to refuse to open an Account for any individual and to suspend or terminate an Account at any time in cases where we believe that continuing the business relationship with you could negatively impact our licensing and general regulatory obligations or any aspect of our services at our sole discretion and without any explanation whatsoever, however any contractual obligations already made by Breckenridge shall, without prejudice to any rights available at law to Breckenridge, be honoured accordingly.

3.8. You can log into your Account at any time where you can also view your Account history, including deposits, bonus credits, winnings, wagers and withdrawals. Should you notice any mistakes, you should immediately notify Breckenridge so that it can be reviewed and rectified as necessary.

3.9. If your Account is mistakenly credited with credit, winnings or other funds, you are obliged to inform Breckenridge immediately using email or live chat. The amount mistakenly credited will remain property of Breckenridge without exception and you shall transfer the amount in question from the Account back to Breckenridge instantly. If you withdraw any such funds mistakenly credited, you shall be considered a certain and liquidated debtor towards Breckenridge for the amount withdrawn which debt shall be immediately due. If you place any bets using such mistakenly credited amounts, winnings or funds these bets shall be invalid.

3.10. If no transaction has been recorded on your Account for twelve (12) consecutive months, your Account will be deemed inactive. We will contact you via email up to one month prior to your Account becoming inactive. You may reactivate an inactive Account by logging in. If once your Account is inactive, We are unable to contact you after making reasonable attempt to do so, we will charge a sum equivalent to the higher of 5% or $5 administrative fee per month to your Account. Fees on inactive Accounts can bring your Account balance to zero. Inactivity fees shall only be refundable upon proof of health impediment or other reasonable cause during such inactive period.

3.11. No interest is payable on your Account balance irrespective of the amount held in your Account. Accordingly, you shall not in any way treat Breckenridge as a financial institution.

3.12. You understand and accept that We strictly prohibit cheating players and player collusion. Should we have reasonable suspicion that any cheating or collusion has occurred, we reserve the right to void any bet that we suspect has been made as a result of such behaviour and/or confiscate any funds on your Account and close your Account. Any player who has reasonable grounds to suspect that another player is taking an unfair advantage through cheating or collusion is to report the suspicion to Breckenridge via email or live chat.

3.13. Funds cannot be transferred from your Account to another Account or vice-versa.

3.14. You agree not to try and hack the Website or alter its code in any way. You also agree not to exploit any loopholes or use any robotic, automated, mechanical, electronic or other devices to make automated decisions in your use of the Website, whether such use is attempted or affected by you or by any third parties. Should we have reasonable suspicion that any such device is being used on the Website, or any such external resource that is designed to provide a player with unfair advantage over other players, we reserve the right to void any bet that we suspect has been made using such a device. We may also suspend the Account in question pending investigation into the matter and terminate the Account at our sole discretion. We consider the use of such devices to be tantamount to fraud and reserve the right not to refund any balance on the Account at the time of termination.

3.15 Any manipulation of the account dormancy rules to avoid fees or to game bonus systems may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.1. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from your Account, you acknowledge that you shall only use such credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and issued by lawful institutions and that legally belong to you. In the event that we identify or have reasonable grounds to believe that a payment method does not belong to you, We reserve the right to close your Account and void any winnings. We prohibit the use of cards issued to companies.

4.2. We accepts stakes in a number of different currencies. You must choose one currency as the default currency of your Account. Any payments received by Breckenridge in a currency other than the one chosen by you will be converted into the currency chosen at the then prevailing exchange rate. Any exchange rate costs shall be borne by you.

4.3. When you open an Account we require you to make a minimum deposit before you can bet or play. We will assign minimum and maximum deposit levels as specified on the Website in the ‘Deposit’ section of your Account. You acknowledge that you may only wager and play with the amount of cleared funds held in your Account.

4.4. We reserve the right to impose a reasonable fee reflecting its direct costs on withdrawals. Further external banking processing fees may apply from time to time which may be outside of our control. Any such withdrawal fees shall be reflected in the ‘Withdrawal’ section of your Account.

4.5. It is unlawful to deposit funds from ill-gotten means. In line with applicable laws and where possible, We will remit amounts to the same payment method from where the funds deposited into your Account originated. Withdrawal payments may only be made in the name of and to the registered Account holder. We reserve the right to cancel withdrawals either to enforce a closed loop or to force the customer to withdraw to a particular payment method.

4.6. In the case of deposits or withdrawals via credit or debit cards, you may be requested in our reasonable discretion to submit a copy of the front and back of the relevant card showing the first six (6) and last four (4) digits on the front and hiding the CVV/CVV2 number from the back.

4.7. In order to withdraw any amount of money from your account, you must wager your deposits a minimum of 2x over, showing intent to play on our casino that is neither fraudulent, nor abusive. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawal payouts based on insufficient wagering at its discretion and request that deposits are wagered further in certain scenarios. Where We suspect bonus abuse and/or bonus fraud as outlined in Clause 9 of the Promotion Terms and Conditions, or any form of abuse concerning cash wagers, We reserve the right to conduct an investigation (including any pending withdrawal request). If, after investigating, We discover or reasonably believe that you were engaging in one of the above activities, we reserve the right to restrict the use of your Account during withdrawal requests and/or confiscate your funds and/or close your Account and/or remove your eligibility to participate in any or all future promotions and/or to receive bonuses available. If we impose such a restriction on your Account, this will not prevent you from receiving the full benefit of any bonus for which you have previously qualified or from accepting any previous cash wagers not impacted by any form of abuse. For the avoidance of doubt, the slot games without wagering contribution in Section 5 of the Promotional Terms do not count towards the 2x minimum wagering requirement mentioned above, with the exception of all Pachinko hall games which do require a 2x minimum wagering requirement.

We reserve the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit of 1,500,000 JPY or currency equivalent per player per calendar week (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 CET). This limit may be enforced at our sole discretion. Any withdrawal requests exceeding this limit may be declined or deferred to the following week.

4.8. Free bets or bonus funds may be credited to your Account as part of a promotion, loyalty scheme or other marketing campaign. Any free bets or bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn but must be used for the placing of wagers on the Website. Depending on the promotion, such free bets or bonus funds may be convertible to real money after fulfilling a specific set of criteria for the promotion. All promotional offers are subject to Promotional Terms. Please refer to the specific Promotional Terms for further information.

We reserve the right to withhold or confiscate any winnings derived from promotions or bonuses if it is determined that a player has engaged in promotion abuse, including but not limited to multiple account creation, minimal-risk betting, or betting patterns that seek to exploit bonus mechanics.

4.9. Deposits and withdrawals from an Account shall at all times be made through a financial institution or a payment solution provider. The procedures, terms and conditions, availability, fees and processing time for deposits or withdrawals may vary depending on the relevant financial institution or payment solution provider.

4.10. No credit shall be permitted. It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient funds in your Account and to stake your funds accordingly. Gambling transactions will not be confirmed if there are insufficient funds in your Account. We reserve the right to void any stake which be inadvertently placed or accepted if your Account does not have sufficient funds to cover the whole stake. If an Account has insufficient funds as a result of a deposit that has been cancelled by the payment processing party, We reserve the right to cancel any bet that was accepted retroactively, and void any winnings paid to you from such bets.

4.11. The time for a withdrawal request to be finalized may vary due to circumstances, however a withdrawal usually takes place between three (3) to five (5) working days.

4.12. Deposits made to your Account should be commensurate to your game play. We reserve the right to, at our sole discretion, close your Account and confiscate any winnings or balance, should we have any suspicion of abuse. Such abuse may, for example, include a deposited amount not being wagered or used appropriately before a withdrawal request is made.

4.13. If a chargeback is initiated or payment fraud is suspected, the Company reserves the right to suspend the player’s account and confiscate any associated winnings or balances.

This section does not apply to Sportsbet. For sports specific game rules, please see section 6, below.

5.1 We have specific game rules to prevent any abuse which if identified through game analysis can result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings or balance where such actions are forbidden as below:


5.1.1 Professional card counting (including both counting and adjusting your stake size to the deck count) whilst playing live dealer blackjack or watching blackjack and counting cards to decide optimal times to play is forbidden. This is problematic only if done all the time/professionally. If we are concerned that you are card counting, we will first provide a warning and ask you to stop.

5.1.2 Any consistent betting techniques with more than 90% chance of producing a winning outcome (“safe betting”) is forbidden. If we are concerned that you are employing such techniques, we will first give you fair warning and ask you to stop.

5.1.3 Exploiting a game or game fault is forbidden. Any winnings obtained from a game malfunction or exploitation of a known software or interface issue shall be considered void, and such funds may be removed from the account.

5.1.4 Evidence of collusion between players across player accounts either within Breckenridge sites or using tables networked with other online gambling sites is forbidden. Examples of such activity includes:

5.1.4.1 Following each other from table to table to gamble in the same game rounds,

5.1.4.2 Placing opposite bets on the same game round across more than one account,

5.1.4.3 Synchronizing bets with other players during a game round,

5.1.4.4 Taking coordinated game actions to distort a game result,

5.1.4.5 Many accounts following multiple identical (scripted) actions,

5.1.4.6 Using stored progress on slots to avoid bonus wagering requirements. Casino Games Specific Rules.

5.1.5 Winnings may be confiscated if bets are placed in a structured way to exploit mechanics.

5.2. This clause 5.2 only applies to casino games. When you select a casino game to play, you may also be presented with additional Casino Rules that apply to that game. Please read the relevant Casino Rules and this clause (5.2) carefully before you participate in any casino game. By participating in a casino game on our Website, you agree to accept and comply with the relevant Casino Rules as well as these T&Cs.

5.2.1 Winnings and account balances in the ‘Play for Free’ mode have no commercial value whatsoever and are not redeemable for cash, credit or any other type of benefit. Winnings derived from bonus funds (including Free Spins) are subject to a maximum win limit of 1,500,000 JPY or currency equivalent. Any winnings above this amount may be reduced or voided at the Company’s discretion.

5.2.2 All non-live games offered on the Website operate by means of a random number generator (RNG) which guarantees a randomized outcome for each game and maintains the integrity of the product and games. The various RNGs have been tested and verified for randomness by approved independent third parties. Both the ‘Play for Free’ and the ‘Play for Real’ modes use the exact same RNG. Any deviations from this principle will be covered in separate Promotional Terms.

5.3. This clause 5.3 applies to Pachinko Hall games only. We reserve the right to review and audit your gameplay. All fraudulent acts or acts aimed at exploiting vulnerabilities of the Website to make a profit are prohibited, including:

5.3.1. Reserving, securing and sharing of particular gaming machines between accounts possessed by the same user, or among those in a group;

5.3.2. Monopolizing machines without the desire to play by just occupying the seat and deliberately taking repeated breaks; and

5.3.3. Sharing machines with ticked big win flags or those in chance zones between multiple accounts possessed by the same user or those in the same group.

5.3.4 Securing a gaming machine by using relevant tools.

5.3.5 Misuse of bonuses or coupons, or any action that could be considered abusive.

5.3.6 Any action that could be considered abusive, other than the above.

5.4 The Company reserves the right to subject any winnings to additional verification checks, including but not limited to confirmation with game suppliers and/or further internal investigations, in order to ensure that all Terms & Conditions have been complied with and that no breach or attempted breach has occurred.

Until such checks are complete, winnings may be temporarily withheld. If the Company reasonably suspects that a breach or attempted breach of the Terms & Conditions has occurred, it reserves the right to suspend or close the player’s account, void any relevant winnings, and confiscate any associated funds, at its sole discretion.

6.1. This clause 6 only applies to the sports betting section of our Website. The Betting Rules will also apply to all sports bets placed on the Website, so please read them carefully before you place a bet. By placing a bet on our Website, you are agreeing to accept and comply with the Betting Rules as well as these T&Cs.

6.2. Placing Bets.

6.2.1. We only accept bets made online, which includes the use of iPhone and Android applications. Bets are not accepted in any other form (telephone, email, fax, in person, etc.) and any bets received in these forms will be null and void.

6.2.2. Your bet will only be processed when it has been (a) actually received and (b) expressly accepted by us, either in the form of a generated bet receipt or in the open or settled bets section of your Account.

6.2.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your bet are correct and that you understand the betting and gaming terminology used on the Website and the mechanism of any bet types that you select. If you have any queries as to how certain bet types work or you think the details of your accepted bet are not correct, please contact Customer Support before placing any such bet.

6.2.4. Once a bet has been placed and its acceptance confirmed by us, it cannot be cancelled or amended by you without our consent. If you’ve placed a bet and wish to cancel or change it, please contact Customer Support before the event has started. We will consider your request, but any decision will be at our reasonable discretion.

6.2.5. The minimum bet amount is 0.10 EUR or currency equivalent. Due to conversion rates, the minimum bet amount in JPY and USD may vary.

6.2.6. Pre-match Bets will only be accepted up to the advertised start time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted after its start time, the bet will be cancelled. If any portion of a Combo bet is inadvertently accepted then all parts of that Combo bet will be cancelled.

6.2.7. We reserve the right in its absolute discretion to refuse/cancel any bet or part of a bet before the relevant event starts on any grounds whatsoever. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, justification for such refusal or cancellation will be provided upon request.

6.3. Changes and errors in betting information.

6.3.1. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to change odds and information displayed on the Website at any time and without notice. Prices displayed on the Website are indicative only and are not binding until a bet has been confirmed by Breckenridge. We will take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of this information but information is presented as a guide only.

6.3.2. We do not accept responsibility for:

a. Any typing, human or palpable errors that lead to obvious odds or pricing errors. In all such cases we will void any bets placed at the incorrect price;

b. Any other information about an event or market (such as player details, score, time of games etc) displayed on the Website being incorrect; and

c. Any other technical or mechanical errors or malfunction affecting the placement, acceptance or settlements of any bets,

And if as, a result of any such error or malfunction, your Account is credited with winnings that you would not have received were it not for that error or malfunction, we will have the right to void the relevant transaction and withhold the relevant winnings. If you have withdrawn any such winnings, you agree that you will pay them back to us as and when we ask you to.

6.3.3. The Website will at all times show records of recent bets placed, results and Account activity. We recommend that you keep independent records of all of the transaction information, games rules, cancellation rules, and payment methods in order to avoid any future misunderstandings.

6.4. Winnings

6.4.1. Winnings from bets will be credited to Customer’s Accounts following confirmation of the final outcome of the bet. Please refer to the Betting Rules for information on how individual markets are settled.

6.4.2. In relation to any sports betting transactions placed through the Services, other than as may be set out in relation to specific markets under the Betting Rules, for any one calendar day (00:00 – 23:59 JST) the maximum aggregate winnings shall be no greater than 40,000,000 JPY or the equivalent amount in your chosen currency.

6.5. Betting bonuses and promotions.

6.5.1. Some betting promotions and offers are limited to one per Account. We reserve the right to amend the Promotional Terms of or withdraw any promotion or offer at any time at our reasonable discretion.

6.5.2. If We suspect that you have engaged in bonus manipulation or abuse of any kind, We reserve the right to deduct the bonus and the winnings associated with the bonus from your Account.

6.6. Prohibited betting activities

6.6.1. We may, in our absolute discretion, void any or all bets that have been made by any person or group of persons who are acting in an attempt to defraud us. If we suspect that a series of bets, each containing the same selection having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, we may void such bets and suspend the Accounts of any users that it suspects were involved in the activity. This rule applies to both settled and unsettled bets.;

6.6.2. We may, in our absolute discretion, refuse/cancel any bet or part of a bet that is placed while a game is in progress if there is sufficient evidence that you were placing a bet with prior knowledge of an event that would affect the accurate pricing of a market – for example, betting on the first-to-score market while the first goal is being scored;

6.6.3. Multiple bets placed by one user that combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other. If such a bet is taken in error, the bet will be cancelled – except for Bet Builder bets, which are allowed; and

6.6.4. The use of a ‘banker’ selection or selections to circumvent online limits is not permitted.

6.7. Cash Out

6.7.1. Cash Out is a feature which is offered on various singles and multiples sports bets. This feature allows you to amend your original bet and lock in a profit or a loss by settling your bet early without having to wait for the event to finish.

6.7.2. In order to use the Cash Out feature, go to your My Bets section and then select Cash Out where any qualifying bets will be displayed along with the applicable Cash Out value. Click on the amount displayed – you will be asked to confirm your decision.

6.7.3. When making a Cash Out request, you will be notified whether or not your request has been successful. Your request is not guaranteed to be accepted and may be unsuccessful if, for example, the market suspends or the line moves or the odds move before your request has been processed. Cash Out requests made in-play may take longer to process because of the in-play bet delay.

6.7.4. Cash Out is not currently available on all markets – a Cash Out icon will be displayed for the markets that support these features.

6.7.5. We cannot guarantee that this feature will be available on your bet selection. Where it is available pre-event and we do not cover the event in-play then it will be unavailable once the event starts.

6.7.6. Using Cash Out may mean you will opt out of and no longer be eligible for a particular promotion. See the terms and conditions of the promotion for further details.

6.7.7. We will not be responsible if the Cash Out feature is not available for technical reasons, and bets will stand as originally placed during any such period.

6.7.8. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or remove the Cash Out feature at any time for any event, fixture or market. Any bets placed on such events, fixtures or markets will stand as originally placed.

6.7.9. We reserve the right to reverse the settlement of a Cash Out if the bet or a market is settled in error.

6.8 Live Streaming

Live Streaming may be offered on selected events. We are not responsible for errors displayed in the scoreline of a live stream, or delays in the live stream. It is the player’s responsibility to be aware of the actual current state of the game. Live Streams are offered for entertainment purposes only and sometimes errors in the scorelines can occur.

6.9. Unusual Betting Activities

We reserve the right to withhold payment of winnings or void/cancel any bet(s) if there are reasonable grounds to believe there are unusual betting patterns or that the bettor has direct participation in the event.

By making a bet, the customers confirm that the outcome of the event on which they made the bet is unknown to them. In case of violation of these conditions, bets may be considered void and settled with odds of 1.00.

If We have doubts about the outcomes of events or the bets made on them, if necessary (for example, for further investigation), We can postpone the payment of bets until the final decision is made, but no later than 3 months from the start date of the event.

In case of the mentioned situations, We have the right to block the Customer’s account or apply other restrictions on the account, for example, but not limited to, application of limits for games, bets. In case of detecting unusual betting activity, We may reserve the right to apply a change on the predetermined permissible limit (s) of the outcome(s) of the event for individual customers.

7.1. We do not guarantee that the Website is and works flawlessly and without errors or that the Website and the games included on the Website will be accessible without interruptions or that the Website and the games are fit for purpose. No such warranties can be provided by Breckenridge, whether express or implied.

7.2. Unexpected technical problems or circumstances outside the control of Breckenridge such as technical problems with third party providers allow Breckenridge to cancel bets and/or to give refunds to players. You also acknowledge that your computer equipment or mobile device and Internet connection may affect the performance and operation of the Website. We do not accept any liability for any failures or issues that arise due to your equipment, Internet connection or third-party provider. This shall also include your inability to place bets or wagers or to view or receive information in relation to certain particular games.

7.3. In the event of any interrupted, aborted or miscarried game rounds for any reason whatsoever, all the players’ transactions shall be accurately recorded. Any unfinished game rounds are restored when returning to the game and in the event this is not possible We shall clean up such game rounds and refund the bet/wager to the player’s Account.

7.4. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, remove and/or add a product to the Website or to make the Website and/or certain games or market temporarily or permanently unavailable at its own discretion and without giving prior notice to players. We shall not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of such unavailability.

7.5. Neither We nor its affiliates, agents and licensors will be not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds may be given solely at Breckenridge’s discretion.

8.1. You acknowledge that the services offered on this Website are for entertainment purposes only. You are not requested to use our services and your participation is at your sole choice and discretion. You consequently enter the Website and participate in the games at your own risk. You claim that your interest in our services and in our Website is personal and not professional and that you have registered an Account with us only for personal entertainment.

8.2. Any other use of the services we provide is strictly prohibited. Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding provision, Breckenridge and its directors, employees, partners and third-party game suppliers shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to your use of the Website or your participation in the games to the extent permitted by law or any contractual obligations. For the avoidance of doubt Breckenridge’s liability for any error or malfunction included in the games is limited to replacement of the said games.

8.3. All information displayed on our Website is provided for information purposes only and not intended to constitute professional advice of any kind. Neither We nor any of its independent providers is liable for any information errors, incompleteness, inaccuracy or delays, or for any actions taken in reliance on information contained therein.

9.1. All intellectual property rights (“IPR”) in the Website are licensed to Breckenridge or a third-party software provider. Your use of the Website does not give you any rights in any IPR on the Website or in the games. IPR include any and all intellectual property rights of all types and nature whatsoever including without limitation, patent, copyright, design rights, trademarks, database rights, applications for any of the above, moral rights, know-how, trade secrets, rights to protect confidential information, domain names, URL, tradenames or any other intellectual or industrial property rights (and any licences in connection with the same), whether or not registered or capable of registration, and whether subsisting in any specific country or countries or any other part of the world.

9.2. You may not within the limits prescribed by applicable laws:

9.2.1. Copy, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, convert, translate or in any other manner decode the software and/or the Website or make any attempt to access the source code to create derivative works of the source code of the software and/or the Website, or otherwise;

9.2.2. Remove any copyright, proprietary or similar notices from the software and/or the Website or any part thereof;

9.2.3. Sell, assign, sublicense, transfer, distribute or lease the software;

9.2.4. Make the software available to any third party through a computer network or otherwise;

9.2.5. Export the software to any country (whether by physical or electronic means);

9.2.6. Use the software in a manner prohibited by applicable laws or regulations;

9.2.7. Do anything that will harm or potentially harm the IPR or do anything that damages the image or reputation of Breckenridge, its employees, directors, officials and consultants; or

9.2.8. Otherwise use the software and/or Website or any part thereof in any manner that is not expressly permitted under these T&Cs.

9.3. You warrant that any names or images used by you in connection with the Website or games (for example your username) shall not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party or are abusive or offensive towards others. You hereby grant Breckenridge a worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to use such names and images for any purpose connected with the Website or games, subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
