There may be instances where our customer support team may require a screenshot to help you with certain issues. The process is very simple and varies slightly depending on the device you are using.

iPhone model with Face ID

Press the Sleep/Wake button and the Volume button at the same time.
Release both buttons at the same time.

 

iPhone model with Touch ID

 

Press the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button simultaneously.
Release both buttons at the same time.

 

Android phone

There are several ways to take a screenshot with an Android smartphone. On most models, you need to press the Power and one of the Volume keys at the same time to take a screenshot.
There are alternative ways to take a screenshot depending on the model and manufacturer. To be sure, take a look at your manual, or Google how to take a screenshot using your specific model.

 

Desktop computer

 

Press the [Print Screen] key on the keyboard.
The screenshot is now in your clipboard.
You can now open an image program such as Paint and insert the screenshot with [STR/ CTRL] + [V].

 

Alternatively, you can take a screenshot with Windows 10 using the pre-installed Snipping Tool program. You can find this program by clicking on 'Search' in the Windows bar, and typing in the program name, Snipping Tool. Once you have started up the program, click the 'New' button, and click and drag your mouse over the area you want to save as an image. Click the 'Save' button and save it as a .jpg/jpeg or.png file to a location on your computer.

Clearing cache and cookies is very simple. Follow these steps to clear the data from your device:

iPhone

Go to Preferences > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.

 

Android Chrome

Open the Chrome app on your Android phone or tablet.
Tap on the 'More' symbol (three dots) in the top right-hand corner.
Tap History, and then 'Clear browsing data'.
Select Time range 'All time'.
Tick the boxes next to 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.
Tap 'Clear data'.

 

Desktop computer

 

Whether you are using Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer, click CTRL + SHIFT + DEL at the same time without letting go until a dialogue box appears. Select the data options you would like to clear and tap 'Clear data'

First, make sure where the file is stored on your computer or mobile phone. It is always a good idea to save the file to the desktop or photo gallery.

Attaching files to emails on iPhone or iPad

Tap and hold on an empty space in the email until the small menu opens.
Tap on the small arrow on the right and then select 'Insert Photo or Video'.
Select a folder, tap on the photo or video you want and choose 'Select'.
If several files need to be attached, the above steps should be repeated.

 

Attaching files to e-mails on an Android device

Select Attach.
Tap Attach File or Insert From Drive.
Select the file you want to attach.
If multiple files need to be attached, the above steps should be repeated.

 

Attaching files to e-mails on the Desktop computer

 

Click on the 'Attach files' button
Select the desired file in the following window and click on the 'Open' button
Wait until the download is complete and click the 'Send' button
