How long will withdrawal processing take?

After applying for withdrawal, we basically try to complete the withdrawal procedure within 24 hours.
When withdrawing money, we may ask you to authenticate your account depending on the usage status of your account.
In that case, please note that withdrawal arrangements will start after the account verification is completed.

Please note withdrawal processing during weekends and public holidays might take longer than usual.

Do you process withdrawal during weekends?

Yes. The Payments Team at Yuugado work through the weekend to meet demands. They still aim to meet the 24-hour processing targets for withdrawals, however due to high traffic, it may take a little longer.

Can I cancel my withdrawal if you have already processed it?

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to cancel your withdrawal if it’s already been approved and processed by us as that means the payment is already on its way to your E-wallet or bank account.

How can I withdraw funds from my account?

We've tried to make withdrawals as simple as possible. First, log in to your account and, if you're using a mobile device, tap the menu button and then select 'Withdraw' from the menu. If you're on a desktop, select the 'My casino' tab, and then click on 'Withdraw'. You will then be prompted to enter the withdrawal method you would like to use. Don't forget that, with the exception of deposits made using MasterCard, withdrawals should always be requested back to the original source of your deposit. You can then enter the amount you'd like to withdraw, after which you will be asked to confirm your selection.

How long does it take before my withdrawal shows up in my bank account?

Once our Payments Team has approved your withdrawal, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reach your bank account. You can find your transaction history by pressing the menu button and scrolling down to 'Transactions' and then selecting 'Cashier history.' on your mobile device. On your desktop, you can find your cashier history by navigating to theTransaction page.

Why have I been charged for my withdrawal?

Bank Transfers and withdrawals under $50 both incur fees. 1.5% in the case of transfers, and a $5 flat fee for withdrawals. Withdrawal requests over $50 are free.

You’re welcome to cancel your withdrawal before it’s been processed by our Payments Team. You can do this by going to the main withdrawal page and selecting ‘Cancel’.

How come I can’t withdraw my bonus money? When will I be able to withdraw those funds?

Unfortunately, you cannot withdraw bonus funds, only funds in your ‘Cash balance’ are available for withdrawal. Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, they must be converted to real money. To do this, you must meet the wagering requirements of the bonus. For example, if you have a bonus amount of $20 which needs to be wagered 20x, you will need to make $400 worth of bets. Once you have bet $400, any further winnings will be ‘cash converted’ and will then appear in your ‘Cash balance’. Our Payments Team does their best to ensure that all withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of receiving your request. However, please allow a little extra time if you decide to make your requet overnight, or at weekends.
